PTR offer a full range of training courses in Microsoft Applications catering for all skill levels from those just starting out with the basic applications such as Excel and Word, through to advanced Access database development.
Most of us use some applications on a daily basis to perform the same task, often performing tasks in a long-winded or time consuming manner. In Excel and Word particularly, there are a huge array of tools and functions that give the user the ability to improve efficiency and to perform some complex tasks, over and above writing a letter or adding up numbers. With every new version released a new batch of tools and functionality are added, but we rarely acquaint ourselves with these as we continue to do things the way we always have.
By investing a small amount of time in finding out exactly what an application could do, you should start reaping the rewards immediately, whether that means knocking out a better looking letter or mailshot in half the time, spread sheets that calculate complex formulae and translate results into meaningful business data, creating an in-house marketing database, or designing your own marketing and presentation materials.

The courses can be run as "closed courses" at our training centre in Wokingham if you have several employees who all need training at the same time or would like the course to be tailored or delivered to your own business requirements or processes. The cost for a closed applications course is £875 per day for up to 6 delegates, plus from £60 per day for each additional delegate. Depending on the course, an additional charge may be required for course materials.
Applications training can also be delivered onsite at your own office. The charge for this is £650 per day, plus course material costs, and of course any expenses that may be incurred. This provides training for upto 6 delegates, with a charge of £50 per day for each additional delegate.
