Equivalent to Cisco Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Official Curriculum.

Prepares for Cisco Exam CCNA 640-507

Course pre-requisites:

Network+ OR Networking Essentials OR Networking Technologies or equivalent

Topics covered on the 3 day Cisco Workshop course

Execute the following on Cisco routers


Cable the network

  • Both LAN and WAN and connect the routers and configure HDLC, PPP, ISDN, Frame Relay


    • Install and configure TCP/IP and IPX routing on both LAN and WAN

  • Configure IP RIP, IGRP, IPX RIP and SAP


    • Manage router files using TFTP


    Configure basic security and filtering

  • Using both filters and standard and extended access lists


    • Carry and basic troubleshooting and verifying router configurations using:

  • ping, trace, show and debug commands
