Prepares for Cisco Exam CCNA 640-507
Course pre-requisites:
Network+ OR Networking Essentials OR Networking Technologies or equivalent
Topics covered on the 3 day Cisco Workshop course
Execute the following on Cisco routers
Cable the network
Both LAN and WAN and connect the routers and configure HDLC, PPP, ISDN, Frame Relay
Install and configure TCP/IP and IPX routing on both LAN and WAN
Configure IP RIP, IGRP, IPX RIP and SAP
Manage router files using TFTP
Configure basic security and filtering
Using both filters and standard and extended access lists
Carry and basic troubleshooting and verifying router configurations using:
ping, trace, show and debug commands
This is an instructor led training course taught in a classroom based environment.
