Cisco Combined Remote Access (BCRAN) & Troubleshooting Course
Course Description
The course is supplemented with many practical tips learnt from resolving many customer faults and issues. For delegates interested in the Remote Access and Support CCNP exam, all topics are covered.
This course is intended for network administrators, support or design staff who require a greater understanding of remote access technology, it's implementation and troubleshooting on Cisco products.
Course Objectives
- Given a network design, interconnect and build a functional configuration as specified by the design and installation plan
- Given a completed network implementation, verify the functionality of the network to ensure that it functions as specified
- Using the command line interface, accurately determine network device operational status and network performance
- Using the command line interface, configure access lists to meet specified operational requirements
- Using show and debug commands, display network operational parameters so that the delegate can detect anomalies
- Be able to connect, install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco based networks

Testing and Certification
This course is recommended as preparation for the BCRAN (642-821) and support exams (642-831). Passing the exams counts towards Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
