This course provides delegates with the resource description, troubleshooting methods, and hands-on experience to troubleshoot complex Cisco Inter-networks.This course is intended for network administrators, support or design staff who require a greater understanding of Cisco troubleshooting tools and methods on Cisco products
This course also provides the skills and knowledge required to obtain the support portion of the Cisco CCNP Certification.
