Course Description
The four-day instructor led course takes a task orientated approach in teaching the skills to configure, operate, manage and troubleshoot both Cisco PIX 500 Firewalls and Cisco ASA 5500 Series Adaptive Security Appliances. Upon completion of this course, the delegate will be able to:
- Configure Cisco PIX 500 Series Security Appliances and Cisco ASA 5500 Series Adaptive Security Appliances
- Manage Cisco PIX 500 Series Security Appliances and Cisco ASA 5500 Series Adaptive Security Appliances
- Operate Cisco PIX 500 Series Security Appliances and Cisco ASA 5500 Series Adaptive Security Appliances
Course pre-requisites:
- Experience in configuring Cisco products equivalent to CCNA level of knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system
- Familiarity with networking terms and concepts
