This course provides delegates with a technical understanding of Windows Terminal Services (Terminal Server 4.0 / Windows 2000 Server) and Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 by means of demonstrations and practical hands-on sessions. Delegates attending this course with the stated pre-requisites will gain the knowledge level required to install and administer a complete Citrix system and gain a knowledge level required to take the Citrix Certified Administrator examination.

Delegates should have an understanding of Windows NT 4.0 to the level achieved in the PTR Windows NT Support Fundamentals course. Windows 2000 knowledge is not essential.
