Course Description

This course is intended for experienced PC Support staff who need to gain a good understanding of Internet and Intranet networking, or wish to achieve the CompTIA i-Net+ Certification.

Course pre-requisites:

Delegates should be experienced technical staff who have a sound knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems. Ideally they will have passed both CompTIA A+ Certification Exams or have equivalent knowledge.
