Course Description

The objective of this course is to provide an overview of the concepts and features of Frame Relay technology. At the end of the course delegates will have a basic understanding of the Frame Relay environment and how it fits into today's networking requirements.

All levels of staff involved in the planning, development, deployment and operation of communications technologies would benefit from this course - from management involved in planning and decision making, to technical support staff who require a sound introduction to Frame Relay.
