Course Description
Delegates will learn how to:
Determine the configuration of a cluster.
Determine the status of the cluster
Monitor an active cluster with standard AIX commands and HACMP utilities
Use HACMP’s SNMP based tools (for Tivoli NetView).
Migration from one version of HACMP to another
Migration from HACMP to HACMP/ES
Perform system administration in a highly available cluster
Make configuration and customization changes for HACMP
Course pre-requisites:
AIX TCP/IP Communications (AU07GB)
AIX System Administration I: Implementation (AU14GB)
AIX System Administration II: Problem Determination (AU16GB)
AIX System Administration IV: Storage Management (AU20GB)
HACMP System Administration I: Planning and Implementation (AU54GB)
