Course Description

This course builds on the general principles covered as part of the ITIL® Foundation course (SME & SMEv3), providing ICT Managers and Practitioners with a practical understanding of ICT Infrastructure Management.

Course pre-requisites:

This course is ideal for anyone involved with the supply and support of business-focused ICT services and who requires a detailed insight into the ICT Infrastructure life cycle, from business strategy through to live operation and ongoing support& maintenance.

No formal requirement,however students should ideally hold the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management before attending this course.

  • ICT Infrastructure Management - Introduction, overview, benefits and interfaces with other ITIL® Service Management processes
  • Requirement analysis and business cases for ICT Infrastructure Management
