In this course you will be introduced to many exciting ASP.NET features that will help you get the most out of the .NET Framework and make you a better and more efficient Visual Studio 2008 developer. You will become familiar with the tracing features in Visual Studio that help you quickly troubleshoot issues. You will also learn how to read and write XML data using XML DOM, how to work with ASP.NET Profile features and ASP.NET Web Parts, and how to take advantage of creating your own user-defined control. You’ll also learn about caching issues that can help optimize your sites, and how to use Web parts to create dynamic Web sites.
