Online Learning Course Dates
With Online Learning courses you can skip the travel, stay at home or work and still enjoy all the benefits of Instructor-led Training Courses with an online learning solution!
You will learn practical content for the latest Microsoft technologies from an industry expert -- live and right at your computer!
The courses are hosted in the U.S.A (Central Standard Time) which means in the UK a mid-afternoon start time and evening finish, typically by 10pm.
As well as being able to study in the comfort of your own surroundings on your PC, you will save money on travel and accommodation expenses, and cousre fees tend to be far cheaper than attending a Public Scheduled Course.
Demonstrations
Your instructor will lead you step-by-step through the course material, including plenty of code walkthroughs, so you will see the steps and hear the explanations for each and every example.
Hands-on Lab Exercises
Reinforce key concepts and practice you致e learned by working through our hands-on lab exercises outside of class. The instructor will go over the labs and take your questions during class time.

On ceratin courses, prior to class, you will be shipped a professionally printed and bound course book to follow along and take notes during class, and as reference material after class.

Plenty of class time is allotted for Q&A to ensure you have a full understanding of the material and how it applies to your job or projects. After class, you can continue to ask questions of your instructor via email or website.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A student or organization may cancel by submitting written notice to in accordance with the date guidelines shown below, prior to the start of the class.
- 21 days or more: No cancellation fee (a full refund is given)
- 8-20 days: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of class
- Fewer than 8 days: Cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost of the class
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
- Display Resolution: Super VGA 1024X768 or higher
- Operating System: Windows XP Professional x64 Edition in 32-bit mode or higher
- Computer/processor: Data and Voice - 500 MXz or higher processor, Intel Pentium-compatible, 1 GHz or higher
- Memory: 256 MB of RAM. Recommended 512 MB
- Disk space needed for installation: 125 MB
- Video Memory: Video card with 64 MB of RAM (video RAM or VRAM) and Microsoft DirectX compatible.
- For VoIP: Sound card, speaker.
- Bandwidth Requirements: 56kbps for data, 80kbps for voice (50kbps min), 350 kbps for video (50kbps min), 700kbps for Office RoundTable (100kbps min)
