Course Description
This course is intended for people who have little or no job experience in the IT industry. Students should have experience working with Windows desktop operating systems and should be A+ certified, or have equivalent knowledge. This course is also intended for people currently working in the Tier 1 job role, and who wish to obtain their MCDST credential. It is likely these students will have the skills covered in this course, but lack the formal education required to pass the exams.
This course covers the subject areas covered in Microsoft Course MS2262.
