PTR help QBE Insurance’s Risk Solution Team fulfil their data analytic ambitions
When QBE Insurance invested in their QRisk system (SSRS data models with client risk exposure and risk improvement data), they turned to PTR for training on how to maximise their new management information and data analytic capabilities.
PTR training consultants initially learnt and understood the business data in the models and prepared a complete training package from management overview to in depth report design and implementation. PTR made recommendations to QBE on where improvements or changes to the data source models could help facilitate more complex reporting needs. Post training support and mentoring has enabled QBE to fulfil their ambitions.
