Mandy is technically highly skilled and specialises in on-premises and Azure SQL Server Data Management, as well as BI technologies and solutions. Mandy loves designing and implementing solutions and takes a collaborative approach, actively listening to clients’ needs then working with them to develop a tailored data strategy.

Ian is an incredibly talented solutions architect. He has over 15 years of experience working with data, as part of a broader IT career spanning over 20 years.
Ian worked across technical support, infrastructure & systems administration, consultancy, and training, before specialising in business intelligence and data strategy. He loves solving problems and combines detailed technical implementation and developmental experience of the tools, with broader knowledge of the full system landscape and requirements.
As our Technical Director, he works closely with our small but talented team of Full Stack BI Developers and Data Engineers.

An MCSA-certified BI Consultant with 8 years' experience, Stephanie is proficient and knowledgeable across Microsoft technologies with a full range of platforms - from traditional on-premise data warehousing through to Azure BI solutions and Power BI.
She has valuable experience of the full data warehouse development lifecycle, from design through implementation to maintenance. Stephanie has designed BI platforms and architecture from the ground up, for clients who have no reporting in place, but is also adept at redesigning existing solutions to ensure they are more robust, scaleable and future-proofed. She is also experienced in training and mentoring, helping clients to upskill inhouse resource.
Stephanie has worked in digital and finance, and in a wide range of sectors from retail and healthcare to aerospace. She brings extensive knowledge of membership organisations, understanding their complexities, and the inherent challenges each dataset presents, and is adept at connecting to a wide range of data sources.

Brett has been working in data and analytics for a decade, and has helped many SMEs transform their businesses by harnessing the power of data and business intelligence.
Over the past 10 years, Brett has worked in BI across insurance, finance, waste management and digital marketing, developing skills in many tools (including SAS, SAP, IBM DB2).

A talented business analyst and delivery lead, Neil has over 20 years of experience working with data analytics and business intelligence technologies and platforms.
A BCS Certified Business Analyst with a record of delivering enterprise-level business information systems on time and within budget, Neil enjoys developing flexible, long-term solutions to complex problems. He brings a wealth of experience delivering in large-scale, complex organisations involving multiple stakeholders.
He has launched UK-wide business intelligence projects for the Ministry Of Justice, Department of Work and Pensions, Probation Services and the BBC. And he’s also worked across manufacturing, logistics and finance.

Peter Swift - Graduate BI Developer
A relatively recent addition to the PTR team, Peter joined us in October 2021 after graduating from The University of Manchester. Peter studied Mathematics (including Financial Mathematics), and was trained in-house by PTR on SQL and Power BI with Azure.
He has been supporting our clients since December 2021, mainly working on SQL Stored Procedures, Azure Data Factory work and data transformation. Peter is also experienced in programming as well as Pure Maths, Calculus, Probability and Statistics, and he is very much looking forward to supporting many more of our clients with his advanced skillset.
